Are you hurting and alone?
Are you frustrated and afraid of the future?
Are you constantly feeling empty no matter how much supposed success you have surrounding you?
Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?
Are you asking yourself is this all that there is to life?
Are you asking yourself why am I here?
Have you asked yourself what happens after I die?
You may have heard about Jesus, maybe you have even known somebody who has shared the Gospel with you. You may have been in a church your entire life, but you're still not sure whether or not you will spend eternity in heaven. To answer all questions now, let us take a look at a few scripture references found in the Bible that will help clear up any misconceptions or nagging questions you have been facing today.
First, understand the Bible is true (all of it). Second, know God loves you! John 3:16 says, "God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER believeth in Him should not perish, but have EVERLASTING LIFE." It was God's love FOR YOU that led His Son to the cross so you could be restored to God and set free from shame, guilt and sorrow due to sin. If you have not received Jesus and what He has done for you, you are still under the curse of spiritual death. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 6:23). We see here that sin equals death and that God, through Jesus Christ, has provided the way of escape and it was all done because God loves you! Romans 10:9-10 says, "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Remember back in John 3:16 it said, "Whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have EVERLASTING LIFE."
It doesn't matter what you've done, or how bad you've become, God knows where you are. You can't earn salvation by being a do gooder or acting right. Ephesians 2:8-9 says, "For by grace (God's unmerited favor) you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast." See! You can't work this thing up its something that's given freely and God even gives us the faith to believe it. Salvation does not come by joining a church, following a certain religion, doing good deeds, or living a good moral life.
Now that you've decided to allow God to change your destiny pray this prayer and mean it in your heart and receive God's free gift of new life.
         Pray This:

God, I come to you right now in the Name of Jesus. I ask You to forgive my sins based on the truth that Jesus died for my sins on the cross. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and I believe in my heart that You raised Him from the dead. I thank You, God, that I am now Your child and I've been reborn into a new life. You have forgiven me! I am free in Jesus Name! And now I can call You, Father.
You have been set FREE! We want you to know that you're loved
with an everlasting Love!

There's More!

God also said, in Luke 11:13 "If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!"

In John 14:16-17, Jesus said that God would send the Holy Spirit to His children. "...and I will ask the Father and He will give you another comforter (counselor, helper, intercessor, advocate, strengthener, and standby), that He may remain with you forever the Spirit of truth, Whom the world cannot receive (welcome take to its heart), because it does not see Him or know and recognize Him. But you know and recognize Him, for He lives with you [constantly] and will be in you." (Amplified Version)

The Holy Spirit's responsibility is to lead us into all truth and is, without a doubt, the ultimate dimension of God within us. He is God, depositing Himself within our spirits, so we can live in the fuller dimension of the salvation provided for us. John 7:38 says, "Whoever believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him."

One of the manifestations of being filled with the Holy Spirit is speaking in other tongues. Mark 16:17 says, (Jesus Speaking) “And these signs will follow those who believe...... they will speak with new tongues...." In Acts 2:4 it says, "...and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance."

The purpose for praying in the Spirit is for building up ones spirit. The Word of God says in
1 Corinthians 14:4 "....He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself......
"
Back in verse 2 of the same chapter it says, "For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God, for no one understands him; however, in the Spirit he speaks mysteries." So we see that praying in the Spirit is a form of supernatural communication with God.

Besides these wonderful benefits the Bible says in Ephesians 1:13-14, " In Him (Jesus) you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory." He's sort of like the ultimate insurance policy, insuring that we are wrapped up in a fuller sense of God and His purposes. The Holy Spirit is there to help us in every situation by revealing God's Word to us and supplying His power to be overcomers in every situation!

You shouldn't miss out on any blessings God has provided through Jesus. The Holy Spirit will be there to lead you and guide you into all that God has set aside in your new life in Him!

To be filled with the Holy Spirit pray this:

Father, I believe in my heart and stand on Your Word concerning being filled with Your Spirit. According to Luke 11:13, "If you then, though you are evil, (concerning man) know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!" Your Word also says in John 7:38, "Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him." Father, I am asking You now to fill me with Your Holy Spirit, and let the streams of living water flow from within me! Holy Spirit I welcome You into my life in a fuller measure and as I praise God, I expect to speak in other tongues as You give me utterance!

Begin praising and worshiping God and allow those streams of living water to flow. Speak the other languages, syllables and words that the Holy Spirit begins to give you. However, use your own voice (out loud) because God will not force you to speak. Enter into the ministry of the Holy Spirit in this way as you worship and praise the Lord.

Now you are a Spirit-filled child of God! Keep pressing into the gift of the infilling of the Holy Spirit. Allow Him to flow in your prayer time as you pray in tongues daily, building yourself up in the Spirit. You will begin to notice the change and you will never be the same again!
